E-MART — Your Daily Home Solutions is operated by Elhan Enterprises, at H. No. 13-7-9, Beside Union Bank of India, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500060, India.
These terms cover this website and purchases expressly agreed with E-MART, together with the relevant written quotation and our Shipping & Delivery and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policies. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any inconsistent term.
Catalog and enquiries
Browse Home Needs, Smart Gadgets, Stationery, Toys and Return Gifts, and contact us for verified product details. Products marked “sample” and their illustrations are illustrative and are not offered for sale. A cart is a device-local selection, not an order, reservation or payment.
Online checkout is currently unavailable to customers pending payment approval. Staff-only test orders and test payments do not involve real money or delivery.
Product information and prices
Confirmed prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Confirm the actual variant, quantity, availability and supplied specifications before purchase. A specification, accessory, certification or warranty is not implied when it has not been verified and stated. Product images may show promotional content; the confirmed written product details govern the agreed purchase, subject to applicable law.
The final written quotation identifies products, quantities, applicable taxes, delivery and any other agreed charges as a single payable total with its breakdown. Tax inclusion is confirmed in that quotation; no unverified tax registration or rate is assumed. No additional charge is imposed without your agreement.
Order acceptance and payment
An enquiry or order request becomes an accepted purchase only when E-MART confirms the product, availability, delivery arrangements and final total in writing and you accept those terms. A payment initiation or authorisation alone is not confirmation of fulfilment. We verify payment capture before marking an online paid order confirmed.
If a price error, unavailable stock or delivery restriction prevents fulfilment, we explain the issue and offer a corrected quotation or cancellation. We do not substitute a product or change the agreed price without your consent. Amounts accepted for an order we cannot fulfil are refunded under our refund policy.
Use only payment instructions confirmed through E-MART’s official support channels. Never share an OTP, PIN or banking password with support.
Delivery, returns and support
Delivery coverage, charges and estimated dispatch/delivery dates are quoted for each order before payment. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Our standard defective-item reporting window is four calendar days from delivery. Unboxing video helps assess a claim, but its absence does not by itself remove a genuine claim or statutory rights. See the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Any additional product warranty must be expressly confirmed for that product.
Responsible use and external services
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent requests, misuse another person’s information, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access. Website content remains subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.
External communication, directions and payment services have their own terms. Elhan Enterprises remains responsible for its own obligations.
Complaints, law and changes

We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt. We provide a complaint reference and a copy of the complaint as recorded; use that reference when following up.
Indian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents a consumer from approaching a competent consumer forum.
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The terms agreed for an accepted purchase are not changed retrospectively without a lawful basis or your agreement.
